Characteristics of Roving Machine
The wing spinning machine continuously twists the yarn by rotating the spindle wings, producing twisted coarse yarn. The rolling and twisting woolen yarn machine relies on a pair of rolling and twisting leather plates to clamp the yarn for twisting, forming a false twist with alternating positive and negative twisting directions on the yarn, and producing untwisted woolen yarn. Wing spinning and twisting roving machines can be divided into first pass, second pass, and single pass roving machines. The feeding form, drum packaging, and number of spindles of various roving machines are different, but the structure and function of the machines are roughly the same.
